What you’ll be doing

• Oversee and empower multiple software engineering teams, fostering collaboration and accountability.
• Define and implement modern SaaS and cloud strategies that enhance scalability, agility, and security.
• Establish metrics and KPIs to measure performance, quality, and innovation.
• Partner with product and business leaders to align engineering outcomes with strategic goals.
• Mentor senior engineers and managers, developing a culture of ownership, curiosity, and continuous improvement.
• Champion best practices in Agile, DevOps, and automation — ensuring teams deliver at the highest standard.

What you bring
You’re a builder at scale — equally fluent in code, architecture, and people.
• Proven experience leading software development in SaaS or cloud-based environments.
• Strong grasp of modern software architecture, distributed systems, and automation.
• Expertise in Agile and Lean delivery models.
• Track record of nurturing high-performing, motivated engineering organisations.
• Exceptional communication and stakeholder-management skills, with the confidence to influence at executive level.
