Key Responsibilities:

  • Further develop and professionalise the Compliance Management System, ensuring audit readiness and regulatory alignment.
  • Draft, review, and update compliance policies, guidelines, and internal governance frameworks.
  • Conduct compliance risk assessments and implement risk-based mitigation strategies.
  • Act as a trusted legal advisor on integrity, regulatory, and governance matters across the organisation.
  • Lead business partner due diligence processes, including risk evaluation and documentation.
  • Monitor relevant legal and regulatory developments and translate them into actionable internal measures.
  • Design and deliver targeted compliance training programmes.
  • Collaborate closely with Legal, Risk, Information Security, Finance, and other key functions to ensure integrated governance.
  • Drive the implementation of efficient, technology-enabled compliance solutions.

Your Profile:

  • Fully qualified lawyer (Volljurist) with a strong compliance focus and commercial acumen.
  • Proven experience in establishing and enhancing compliance frameworks in growing organisations.
  • Strong understanding of governance, regulatory requirements, and audit processes.
  • Ability to translate complex legal requirements into pragmatic, business-oriented solutions.
  • Structured, analytical, and independent working style with entrepreneurial drive.
  • Confident communicator with strong stakeholder management skills.
  • Fluent German and English skills.
