It's a commercially driven environment where digital products sit at the heart of the offering, giving you the chance to work on technology-led legal questions alongside traditional contract law. The Role Act as trusted legal advisor to group companies and business units across the commercial organisation. Support teams on product distribution, including software, and negotiate large-scale customer contracts. Review and negotiate procurement contracts. Develop legal frameworks for new business opportunities. Advise on special projects with group-wide impact. Manage your own caseload with a high degree of autonomy. What You'll Need Both German state law examinations (Volljurist). 3 to 5 years' post-qualification experience, ideally in commercial, sales or procurement law.
