You will be part of a multinational legal team supporting the development, construction and operation of renewable energy assets, including solar, wind and battery storage projects. Key Responsibilities: Structure, review and negotiate contracts for national and international renewable energy projects (including EPC and supply agreements). Provide legal support for project upgrades, revamping and repowering. Advise on legal matters relating to the operation and asset management of renewable energy sites (e.g., O&M agreements, land-use contracts, service and works agreements).
