Senior Tax Reporting Manager

Senior Tax Reporting Manager Location: Nuremberg Responsible for group-wide tax reporting and compliance, with a focus on Pillar 2 minimum tax, country-by-country reporting, and international tax projects. The role coordinates complex reporting processes across domestic and international entities and supports tax-related financial disclosures and systems. Key Responsibilities: Ensure compliance with minimum tax (Pillar 2) regulations and country-by-country reporting requirements (statutory and public). Manage and coordinate Pillar 2 reporting processes across group entities. Prepare and submit minimum tax returns and reports for the ultimate parent entity and relevant jurisdictions. Support international entities with minimum tax reporting where no local agreements apply. Analyse, prepare, and validate data for Pillar 2 and income tax reporting. Calculate minimum tax liabilities, provisions, and subgroup compensation obligations. Maintain and further develop tax reporting tools, processes, and master data. Oversee tax disclosures in periodic, consolidated, and subgroup financial statements. Prepare statutory and public country-by-country reports. Support consolidation and income tax reporting processes. Contribute to the implementation and operation of a tax compliance management system. Perform system testing and deliver internal training. Participate in tax-related projects and process improvements. Requirements: University degree in tax law, international accounting, finance, or a related field. Up to 5 years of experience in tax reporting, international taxation, or accounting. Tax advisor qualification is an advantage. Strong knowledge of SAP FI/CO and consolidation systems (e.g. SEM-BCS). Fluent German and very good English skills. Analytical, structured, and solution-oriented working style. High level of independence and ownership. Strong numerical, communication, and presentation skills. Advanced MS Office skills, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.

VP Audit

VP Audit Location: Berlin As VP Audit, you will lead the internal audit function of an international organisation, shaping a risk-based audit agenda across all business areas. You will act as the main interface to external audit partners, strengthen the third line of defence, and provide senior-level guidance to enhance governance, internal controls and risk management. Key Responsibilities: Define and oversee the group-wide, risk-based audit plan, ensuring consistent quality. Manage external audit providers and ensure timely, high-quality audit delivery. Assess risks and internal controls across key business processes. Develop audit programmes with Risk Management, Compliance and the Audit Committee. Ensure implementation and follow-up of corrective action plans. Maintain transparent reporting on audit findings and remediation status. Promote strong governance and risk awareness across the organisation. Your Profile: Master’s/Diploma degree in Economics, IT, Engineering, Natural Sciences or a comparable field. Extensive experience as a (Senior) Auditor, ideally in a technical, industrial or life-science environment. Professional audit certification preferred. Strong understanding of internal controls, business process risks and risk-based auditing. Excellent analytical, communication and stakeholder management skills. Senior IT Controller

Senior IT Controller Location: Germany (Position is remotely based with occasional travel to Berlin on Monthly basis) You will play a central role in building and advancing functional controlling with a focus on IT. Working closely with the IT leadership, you will steer budgeting, forecasting, cost management and performance control, ensuring financial transparency and measurable business impact. Key Responsibilities: Lead IT budgeting, forecasting and long-term financial planning in line with strategic objectives. Own IT cost and performance management, including variance analysis and corrective actions. Monitor IT KPIs such as operating, licence and personnel costs using real-time insights. Manage and optimise IT project controlling, assessing costs, benefits and efficiency. Deliver high-quality financial reporting and strategic insights for management decision-making. Drive standardisation, automation and digital improvements in collaboration with Data & Insights. Act as the main point of contact for IT controlling topics within central functional controlling. Your Profile: Strong experience in IT controlling within complex, multi-entity environments. Confident stakeholder management and leadership mindset with a hands-on approach. Excellent analytical skills with the ability to translate data into clear recommendations. Proactive, improvement-oriented and comfortable taking ownership. Strong communication skills in German and English. Advanced SAP and Excel skills; BI tools (e.g. Power BI) or programming experience are an advantage. Degree in business administration, computer science, economics or a comparable field with a finance/controlling focus.
