Senior Manager International Tax

International Tax Manager Location: Frankfurt A role that inspires you Join an internationally active group as International Tax Manager, acting as a key partner for global financing, M&A, and restructuring projects. In this role, you will shape cross-border tax structures, support strategic transactions, and contribute to the continuous development of tax governance within a dynamic international environment. Key Responsibilities: Act as the primary tax contact for international financing, M&A, and restructuring projects. Develop tax-efficient structures for cross-border transactions and support tax ruling processes. Lead tax optimisation initiatives, particularly in financing structures. Monitor international tax law developments and coordinate external advisors. Manage foreign tax audits and support domestic audit processes. Advise on transfer pricing matters and support related documentation. Contribute to the Tax Compliance Management System and deliver tax training. Support reporting requirements and prepare management briefings. Handle ongoing tax queries and review relevant documentation. Develop and enhance internal tax processes and guidelines. Your Profile: Degree in law, economics, or a related discipline. Several years of experience in an international corporate tax function or a large advisory firm. Completed Tax Advisor qualification or equivalent (e.g. CPA, Wirtschaftsprüfer, or fully qualified lawyer with tax focus). Strong expertise in German and international tax law. Advanced MS Office skills, particularly Excel and PowerPoint. Analytical, structured, and independent working style with high commitment. Strong communication and teamwork skills. (Senior) Controller

(Senior) Controller Location: Munich A role that inspires you Join an internationally active organisation as a (Senior) Controller, supporting senior management with data-driven insights and financial steering. In this role, you will analyse strategic options, shape reporting and planning processes, and contribute directly to performance management and decision-making at group level. Key Responsibilities: Analyse strategic options for defined functional areas and assess their financial impact. Work closely with specialist departments to derive and align objectives with the corporate strategy. Design, further develop, and implement monthly and results reporting. Analyse key performance indicators and derive concrete management measures. Actively contribute to budgeting and forecasting processes and continuously improve planning quality. Evaluate the financial impact of company-wide initiatives and present results to management in a target-group-oriented manner. Work with large datasets, multiple data sources, and databases. Support the development of data-driven steering and controlling instruments. Your Profile: Degree in economics, business administration, finance, controlling, or a comparable qualification. Several years of experience in controlling, including solid budgeting and forecasting expertise. Experience with ERP systems and modern BI tools is an advantage. Strong affinity for technology and very good knowledge of Power Query and Power BI. Confident handling of large datasets and databases. Strong analytical skills and a structured working style with a solid understanding of financial interdependencies. Excellent MS Excel skills and strong communication abilities.
