Sophia Zibani is our Talent Acquisition Consultant here at MAM Gruppe, responsible for recruiting ambitious, high-performing individuals into our own Legal, Compliance, Finance and Technology teams across permanent and contract roles.

As Talent Acquisition Consultant, Sophia's focus is on identifying potential, whether that's graduates taking their first step into recruitment, or experienced consultants ready to take on a new challenge. She works closely with leadership across the business to understand what great looks like at MAM Gruppe, ensuring the people who join align with the firm's performance-led culture.

MAM Gruppe is currently on a scale-up journey, and Sophia's role is central to supporting that growth. She looks for individuals who are motivated, resilient and serious about building a long-term career in recruitment, bringing the same rigour to internal hiring that MAM applies to searches for its clients.
