Senior Expert Corporate Security & Ext Fraud Location: Munich Our client’s Corporate Security function is responsible for strengthening global operational resilience and managing major crises and man-made threats. They are looking for a senior specialist with strong experience in corporate security and ext fraud. Key Responsibilities: • Support the development of controls to reduce fraud and security risks. • Assist with incident and crisis response activities at a global level. • Provide guidance and training to relevant teams. • Carry out investigations and help local units manage related matters. • Share good practices and raise awareness across the organisation. • Track incidents and provide timely updates to key stakeholders. • Participate in crisis activities when required. • Help maintain internal frameworks and standards. Requirements: • Extensive experience in resilience, incident response or security-related functions. • Strong background in fraud or similar investigative areas. • Understanding of regulated organisational environments. • Knowledge of investigative tools or standards is beneficial. • Strong communication, stakeholder and problem-solving skills. • Fluent English (German is a plus).

Manager – Labour Law DACH Location: Frankfurt A role that inspires you Step into a pivotal role in shaping labour law strategy across the DACH region. As Manager Labour Law, you will partner with HR teams to ensure compliance, guide transformation initiatives, and manage employee relations with a strategic, hands-on approach. What you’ll be doing You will: Serve as the primary legal contact for all individual and collective labour law matters in Germany. Ensure HR measures and policies comply with labour legislation. Advise HR managers and act as a strategic partner on labour law issues. Collaborate with works councils on collective agreements, restructurings, and social plans. Support transformation, restructuring, and M&A initiatives. Maintain and harmonise works agreements across the region. Monitor legal developments and advise on implications for the organisation. What you bring You are a skilled labour law professional with a structured, pragmatic approach: Law degree with a focus on labour law and 3–5 years of relevant experience. Strong knowledge of German labour law; familiarity with Austrian and Swiss regulations is advantageous. Experience in employee representation, works councils, and collective bargaining. Proven experience in restructuring or transformation projects. Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills. Independent, solution-oriented, and structured working style.
