Step into a pivotal role in shaping labour law strategy across the DACH region. As Manager Labour Law, you will partner with HR teams to ensure compliance, guide transformation initiatives, and manage employee relations with a strategic, hands-on approach.

What you’ll be doing

You will:

  • Serve as the primary legal contact for all individual and collective labour law matters in Germany.

  • Ensure HR measures and policies comply with labour legislation.

  • Advise HR managers and act as a strategic partner on labour law issues.

  • Collaborate with works councils on collective agreements, restructurings, and social plans.

  • Support transformation, restructuring, and M&A initiatives.

  • Maintain and harmonise works agreements across the region.

  • Monitor legal developments and advise on implications for the organisation.

What you bring

You are a skilled labour law professional with a structured, pragmatic approach:

  • Law degree with a focus on labour law and 3–5 years of relevant experience.

  • Strong knowledge of German labour law; familiarity with Austrian and Swiss regulations is advantageous.

  • Experience in employee representation, works councils, and collective bargaining.

  • Proven experience in restructuring or transformation projects.

  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.

  • Independent, solution-oriented, and structured working style.

  • Experience in a corporate environment preferred.
