As a Senior HR Expert, you will play a key role in shaping and advancing HR practices across a complex, international organisation. With a strong focus on digital transformation, you will help design a future-ready HR landscape, driving innovation, system excellence and data-driven decision-making across the organisation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the strategic development of the HR digital landscape in close partnership with Group IT.
- Enhance the existing and shape the future HCM architecture to ensure scalability, integration and efficiency.
- Drive automation and innovation across HR and HSEQ IT systems (e.g. SAP SuccessFactors, payroll and time management platforms).
- Ensure data integrity, system governance and cybersecurity compliance from an HR process perspective.
- Prepare robust business cases for strategic digital investments and cost optimisation initiatives.
- Contribute to the development and evolution of global HR processes and frameworks.
- Align HR practices with wider organisational objectives and transformation initiatives.
- Provide guidance on governance, compliance and best practice across HR operations.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to improve process efficiency, scalability and service quality.
- Monitor performance indicators and leverage data insights to support informed decision-making.
- Drive continuous improvement and support change initiatives across the organisation.
Your Profile:
- Extensive experience in senior HR or HR transformation roles within complex, international organisations.
- Strong expertise in HR systems, digital HR transformation and HCM architecture.
- Solid understanding of HR operations, governance and compliance in an international context.
- Experience partnering with IT functions and managing system-related projects.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate business needs into system and process solutions.
- Confident stakeholder management skills and the ability to operate effectively in environments undergoing change.
