As Senior Compliance Officer, you will take responsibility for strengthening governance structures within a globally operating organisation. You will ensure that compliance frameworks remain robust, forward-looking, and aligned with regulatory expectations, while driving transparency and operational excellence across the business.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and continuously refine the group-wide compliance framework to ensure regulatory adherence and effective risk mitigation.
  • Develop practical tools and methodologies for identifying, assessing, and monitoring compliance risks.
  • Enhance reporting structures, including KPIs and dashboards, to provide clear oversight for senior management.
  • Introduce digital and data-driven solutions to streamline compliance processes and increase efficiency.
  • Support the management and regular review of internal policies and governance standards.
  • Design and deliver targeted training initiatives to promote awareness and strengthen the compliance culture.
  • Collaborate closely with business units and central functions to embed compliance considerations into daily operations.

Your Profile:

  • Degree in law, business, or a related discipline.
  • Several years of professional experience in compliance within a regulated environment.
  • Strong understanding of regulatory requirements and governance principles.
  • Experience in implementing process improvements or digital compliance tools.
  • Analytical, structured, and solution-oriented working style.
  • Confident communicator with strong stakeholder management skills.
  • Fluent German and English skills.

Senior Legal Counsel - Antitrust

(Senior) Legal Counsel - Antitrust Location: Hamburg A role that inspires you Based in Hamburg, you will act as a senior adviser on antitrust and competition law within an international legal function. You will support complex commercial activities and strategic initiatives, providing clear, pragmatic guidance in a highly regulated environment. Solid knowledge of related areas such as M&A or commercial law. Strong communication and negotiation skills in international environments. Fluent German and English.
