Join a dynamic organisation as a Senior Legal Counsel, providing expert legal support on complex corporate transactions. You’ll play a key role throughout deal lifecycle stages, working closely with internal and external stakeholders in a collaborative, international environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide legal advice from transaction planning to documentation.

  • Support compliance and governance throughout deal execution.

  • Lead and coordinate due diligence processes.

  • Draft, review, and negotiate transactional documents with stakeholders.

  • Assist in securing regulatory and internal approvals.

  • Manage closing activities and oversee contractual obligations.

  • Develop interim procedures between signing and completion.

  • Liaise with external advisors and manage related budgets.

Your Profile

  • Qualified lawyer with solid M&A or corporate transaction experience.

  • Strong communication, negotiation, and organisational skills.

  • Commercially aware and culturally adaptable.

  • Fluent in German and English; additional languages advantageous.

  • Collaborative team player comfortable in an international setting.

  • Willingness to travel as required.

Senior Legal Counsel - Antitrust

(Senior) Legal Counsel - Antitrust Location: Hamburg A role that inspires you Based in Hamburg, you will act as a senior adviser on antitrust and competition law within an international legal function. You will support complex commercial activities and strategic initiatives, providing clear, pragmatic guidance in a highly regulated environment. Several years’ experience in antitrust/competition law, in private practice and/or in-house. Proven expertise in investigations and compliance. Solid knowledge of related areas such as M&A or commercial law. Strong communication and negotiation skills in international environments. Fluent German and English.
