Tax Manager Location: Hamburg This role offers the opportunity to take ownership of a broad range of tax matters within an international group environment. You will work closely with internal stakeholders and external partners, contributing to compliance, transactions, and strategic growth initiatives. Key Responsibilities: Manage income tax and VAT compliance for domestic group entities as part of a small specialist team. Prepare current and deferred tax calculations for group financial statements and act as key contact for auditors. Independently lead tax audits, including communication with tax authorities and external advisors. Take responsibility for tax aspects of European M&A transactions.
