About the Role

Senior System Engineer
Location: Frankfurt

You will contribute to the design and operation of a mission-critical technology environment, working across cloud and on-premise systems to support reliable, secure, and scalable infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the planning, deployment, and maintenance of core infrastructure.
  • Contribute to cloud and on-prem solution design and operations.
  • Take part in on-call and maintenance activities.
  • Monitor systems, resolve issues, and ensure stable performance.
  • Help improve processes, security, and system efficiency.
  • Share knowledge within the team and support documentation efforts.
  • Stay informed about relevant technologies and suggest enhancements.

Your Profile:

  • Background in Computer Science, IT, or comparable experience.
  • Several years in systems engineering or infrastructure operations.
  • Familiar with common cloud platforms.
  • Broad understanding of networking, virtualisation, storage, and security.
  • Experience with automation or scripting tools.
  • Strong troubleshooting skills and a collaborative mindset.
