IT Outsource Project Manager

IT Outsourcing Transition Project Manager  The Opportunity If you're used to walking into a project that's already moving, and getting stuck in without a lengthy handover, this one's worth a look. This is a hands-on delivery role, not a people-leadership position. You'll be the person who actually gets a complex, multi-stakeholder IT outsourcing transition over the line, working directly with the IT Director rather than through layers of management. You'll pick up a live, in-flight program: a full IT End User Support transition to an external provider, spanning a DACH-wide organisation. There's a substantial technical backlog to work through, and a separate change management workstream running in parallel, with you as the technical execution counterpart. The Role Lead end-to-end delivery of the IT End User Support outsourcing transition Coordinate closely with global and regional stakeholders across a multi-layered program structure Manage knowledge transfer to the incoming external provider, working through a substantial backlog of technical topics Act as the technical execution counterpart to a parallel change management workstream Report directly to the IT Director The Company Our client is a global FMCG business with a well-established presence across the DACH region. They're partway through outsourcing their IT End User Support function, and need someone who can pick up the reins mid-flight and keep things moving without missing a beat. What You'll Need A strong track record leading IT outsourcing or service transition projects and programs Enough technical fluency to engage directly with infrastructure and end user support topics, not just manage a plan from a distance Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to probe for context and find clarity where requirements aren't handed to you cleanly Comfort operating in ambiguous, fast-moving, and organisationally complex environments Fluent German and English A background outside telco, financial services, or automotive. This client wants adaptability from a different sector This is a freelance, interim engagement on an exclusive search, six months initially, starting as soon as possible. How To Apply Your CV doesn't need to be up to date. Send what you have, or just give us a call.

Product Lead - HCP Platform

HCP Portal Product Manager / Product Owner (Pharma), 12 Months The Opportunity If you've spent years advising on digital health strategy but never actually got to ship the thing, this is the other side of that job. A global healthcare and nutrition business is building a new digital portal for healthcare professionals from the ground up, and needs one person to own it end to end. Not steer it. Not advise on it. Ship it. You'll take the product from concept to a live MVP in 6 months, on a 12 month contract, directing the teams around you rather than waiting for direction yourself. The Role Own the HCP portal end to end: define MVP scope, build the roadmap, run the backlog Map priority use cases for doctors, nurses and clinical specialists across education, patient support and services Direct a cross-functional team spanning Martech, IT and vendors, Marketing, and Medical/Regulatory to hit a 6 month delivery window Navigate MLR compliance as a constant thread through every decision, not a final checkpoint Launch the portal, lead go-to-market activation, and monitor adoption and engagement Shape the roadmap for scaling into a multi-market omnichannel platform The Company Our client is a global business operating across nutrition and healthcare, with the scale and infrastructure of an established player and the appetite of a business genuinely investing in digital transformation. This portal is a live, funded priority, not a slide deck. You'll have real budget, real stakeholder access, and a mandate to move fast. What You'll Need A track record of delivering HCP portals or HCP engagement platforms in pharma or healthcare End-to-end digital product launch experience, not advisory-only Solid grounding in CRM-driven engagement (Salesforce or similar) and omnichannel digital journeys Familiarity with pharma regulatory constraints, particularly MLR Comfort driving delivery in ambiguous, cross-functional environments without waiting to be told what's next How to Apply Your CV doesn't need to be up to date. Send what you have, or give us a call to talk it through first.
