360 Consultant: Legal, In-House, Permanent Recruitment

What You'll Be Doing
You'll run a genuine 360 desk end to end: winning new clients, headhunting passive legal talent across the German-speaking market, and managing the full candidate journey through to offer.
- Business development and client relationship building, from cold outreach through to long-term retained accounts.
- Headhunting and engaging passive candidates who aren't scrolling job boards.
- Owning screening, briefing, and offer management for every placement.
- Hitting and exceeding activity and revenue targets, on your terms.
- Shaping how the desk and the wider team grow as MAM scales.
What You'll Need
- At least 2 years' 360 recruitment experience with a track record of billing.
- Proven ability to win new business and build client relationships from scratch.
- Comfortable headhunting and picking up the phone, you don't wait for the phone to ring.
- Strong communication skills and the drive to hit targets consistently.
