What You'll Be Doing

You'll run a full 360 contract desk focused on technology contractors across the German market, positioning MAM as the go-to partner for clients with ongoing contractor needs.

• Business development and client relationship building, geared toward recurring, not one-off, revenue.
• Headhunting and engaging passive tech contractors across the German-speaking market.
• Owning the full contractor journey, including screening, briefing, day-rate negotiation, and offer management.
• Proactively managing extensions and renewals to build a base of repeat business.
• Keeping on top of German contractor compliance considerations, including false self-employment (Scheinselbstständigkeit) rules, to protect clients, contractors, and MAM.
• Hitting and exceeding activity and revenue targets, on your terms.

What You'll Need

• At least 2 years' recruitment experience with a track record of billing.
• Contract or interim recruitment experience. You understand day rates, extension cycles, and what makes a contract desk different from perm.
• Proven ability to win new business and build client relationships from scratch.
• Comfortable headhunting and picking up the phone, you don't wait for the phone to ring.
• Strong communication skills and the drive to hit targets consistently.
