What You'll Be Doing

You'll be trained to run a 360 desk focused on the German market, working live, qualified roles from enterprise clients rather than prospecting cold.

• Support headhunting and candidate engagement across the German market.
• Start building client relationships through proactive outreach, with coaching every step of the way.
• Help manage the candidate journey, from screening through to offer.
• Work toward activity and revenue targets, with structured support behind you.

What You'll Need

• No prior recruitment experience. We're looking for potential, drive, and coachability.
• Comfortable picking up the phone and reaching out to people you don't know.
• Strong communication skills and a naturally personable approach.
• Self-motivated and resilient, with a genuine appetite for a career, not just a job.
