What You'll Be Doing

You'll run a genuine 360 desk end to end: winning new clients, headhunting passive tech talent across the German-speaking market, and managing the full candidate journey through to offer.

• Business development and client relationship building, from cold outreach through to long-term retained accounts.
• Headhunting and engaging passive candidates who aren't scrolling job boards.
• Owning screening, briefing, and offer management for every placement.
• Hitting and exceeding activity and revenue targets, on your terms.
• Shaping how the desk and the wider team grow as MAM scales.

What You'll Need

• At least 2 years' 360 recruitment experience with a track record of billing.
• Proven ability to win new business and build client relationships from scratch.
• Comfortable headhunting and picking up the phone, you don't wait for the phone to ring.
• Strong communication skills and the drive to hit targets consistently.
