Key Responsibilities: Maintain and enhance the internal control system (ICS), including operational, compliance, and MaRisk-related controls. Conduct risk assessments (inherent and residual), document control activities, and propose improvements. Monitor implementation of corrective actions and support process optimisation. Support risk identification, including ESG risks, and assist in developing risk measurement tools.
