Take a leading role in shaping global operational transfer pricing within a dynamic, international organisation. In this position, you will drive compliance, efficiency, and regulatory alignment while supporting digital transformation and senior management decision-making. Your expertise will ensure accurate, consistent, and strategic transfer pricing operations across multiple regions.

What you’ll be doing

You will:

  • Maintain and refine global transfer pricing policies in line with OECD Guidelines, DEMPE framework, and local regulations.

  • Support the rollout of global systems (e.g., transfer pricing software, SAP S/4HANA) to streamline and modernise pricing operations.

  • Oversee central calculation of tax adjustments and intercompany transfer prices, ensuring accuracy and timely execution.

  • Strengthen governance frameworks, documentation standards, and audit readiness across all regions.

  • Lead global training and knowledge exchange sessions to build internal expertise.

  • Analyse actuals, forecasts, and budgets; identify and resolve variances.

  • Partner with Accounting, Tax, IT, Supply Chain, and Business Units to align transfer pricing activities globally.

  • Prepare management presentations and ad-hoc analyses to inform executive decision-making.

  • Oversee administration and process updates for transfer pricing tools and data flows.

What you bring

You are an analytical and collaborative transfer pricing professional:

  • Degree in Business Administration, Economics, Commercial Law, or similar.

  • 3+ years’ experience in operational transfer pricing or international tax, ideally in healthcare, pharma, or a comparable sector.

  • Fluent in English; German is an advantage.

  • Strong skills in Excel, PowerPoint, and SAP BI/BW; experience with SAP S/4HANA or transfer pricing software is preferred.

  • Interest in global projects, digitalisation, and cross-functional collaboration.

  • Structured, proactive, and excellent communicator.
