Legal Counsel - Insurance & IT The Opportunity This is a broad in-house counsel role within an insurance group with an international structure. The position covers corporate law, regulatory advice, competition and antitrust matters, real estate transactions and international contract negotiation. The legal team works directly with senior management, giving the role more responsibility, variety and proximity to decision-making than is typical for a comparable position. The Role Provide corporate and regulatory legal advice to entities across the group. Advise on trademark, competition and antitrust matters, taking legal ownership of related projects. Draft, review and negotiate contracts, including those with an international dimension. Support real estate transactions from structuring through to completion. Senior Compliance Officer The Opportunity A fast-growing, regulated business operating across Europe is expanding into the German market and building out its compliance function to support that entry. This role carries a mandate to help establish how compliance operates in-market, rather than maintain an existing setup, with direct involvement in how the business engages with the regulator from the outset. The Role Own operational compliance across the German entity, keeping activity aligned with regulatory expectations. Advise on product governance, vulnerable customer policy, conflicts of interest, outsourcing, and conduct risk for current and upcoming products.
