Business Lawyer The Opportunity Most in-house legal roles leave you siloed. You handle a narrow remit, escalate the complex stuff, and rarely see a deal through from start to finish. This one is different. You will be joining a small global legal team based in Frankfurt, which means you get genuine breadth: corporate law, contracts, compliance, M&A support, and insurance coordination, across a business operating across multiple continents. You will be visible, trusted, and given real responsibility from day one. The Role Working closely with the General Counsel, you will cover a wide range of legal and compliance activity, including: Preparing corporate resolutions and managing compliance obligations for group companies in Germany and internationally. Reviewing confidentiality agreements and contributing to contracts, templates, and policies. Organising and following up notary appointments, director and supervisory board meetings. Owning the contract management system: deadline monitoring, renewals, terminations, and filing. Supporting compliance management and investigations. Coordinating external providers in the insurance space, with scope to develop this area further. Contributing to cross-functional projects, including M&A activity and corporate reorganisations. The role is 3 days per week onsite, with flexibility for the remainder.
