Key Responsibilities: Review and negotiate data privacy-related contracts with domestic and international third-party providers. Act as a trusted adviser to technical and commercial teams on day-to-day data protection questions, including lawful bases for processing, cross-border data transfers, and privacy impact assessments. Monitor developments in data regulation and technology, helping the business stay ahead of emerging compliance requirements.
