About the Role
Energy Legal Counsel
The Opportunity
If you're ready to advise on renewable energy projects from first development through to repowering, without waiting for sign-off on every point, this could be your next move.
You'll take ownership of legal matters across the full project lifecycle, working directly on the contracts, M&A activity and corporate structuring behind live wind energy projects.
The Role
- Advise independently on legal matters across development, realisation, operation and repowering of wind energy projects.
- Draft, review and negotiate contracts, including purchase, usage and loan agreements.
- Support M&A transactions in renewables: company and project acquisitions, due diligence and transaction documentation.
- Advise on corporate law matters, including articles of association, shareholder agreements and capital measures.
The Company
You'll be joining a business operating across the full lifecycle of wind energy projects, from early development through to repowering. The work spans contract law, planning and environmental law, and M&A, giving you exposure to both the commercial and legal side of the energy transition.
What You'll Need
- Fully qualified German lawyer, having completed both state exams (Zweites Staatsexamen).
- Professional experience as an in-house lawyer or attorney, with a solid grounding in contract and commercial law.
