In this pivotal role, you will provide expert legal advice across real estate transactions, developments, and portfolio management, helping shape the company’s property strategy across multiple markets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide independent legal advice on real estate transactions, developments, leases, and asset management.

  • Draft, review, and negotiate a wide range of real estate and lease agreements.

  • Support due diligence processes for property transactions, including M&A-related projects.

  • Monitor and interpret legal and regulatory developments in real estate law, identifying risks and ensuring compliance.

  • Conduct legal research and prepare expert opinions and memoranda on real estate and liability issues.

Profile

  • Fully qualified lawyer with a focus on real estate law.

  • Several years of experience in a law firm or international corporate environment.

  • Strong background in drafting and negotiating real estate and lease contracts.

  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

  • Fluent in German and English, both written and spoken.
