Senior Manager Transfer Pricing Our client is seeking an experienced Senior Manager Transfer Pricing to join their finance function. The role focuses on managing complex transfer pricing matters, supporting global operations, and driving strategic tax planning and compliance. This will be part of a build up phase for the international expansion of the organisation!   Key Responsibilities Lead documentation and analysis of restructurings, value chain changes, and transfers of functions or intangibles Serve as the main contact for transfer pricing matters across domestic and international entities Defend transfer pricing models during audits and liaise with tax authorities Prepare and maintain Master and Local Files for global transfer pricing documentation Conduct FAR, DEMPE, and other functional/financial analyses Manage Advance Pricing Agreements (APAs) and dispute resolution processes Enhance transfer pricing policies and business models Advise on TP aspects of M&A, reorganisations, and cross-border transactions Your Profile Degree in Economics, Business, Law, or similar. Tax Manager - Transfer Pricing Location: Frankfurt am Main, Germany We are seeking an experienced Tax Manager to lead transfer pricing activities within a dynamic multinational finance team. This role focuses on managing transfer pricing documentation, advising on restructurings, and collaborating with tax authorities worldwide. Key Responsibilities: Assess and document business restructurings and transfer pricing implications, including intangible asset valuations. Serve as a key liaison with domestic and international tax authorities during audits and compliance reviews. Support and coordinate global transfer pricing documentation, including Master and Local Files. Perform data analysis and prepare transfer pricing reports based on functional and economic analyses. Assist in negotiating and managing advance pricing agreements and resolving transfer pricing disputes globally. Contribute to the review and enhancement of transfer pricing policies and frameworks. Provide transfer pricing expertise for corporate projects such as mergers, acquisitions, and reorganisations. Requirements: Degree in Economics, Business, Law, or equivalent qualification. Several years of relevant experience in transfer pricing within consulting firms, corporate tax departments, or tax authorities. Strong understanding of both domestic and international transfer pricing and tax regulations. Proficient in German and English, with excellent communication skills. FP&A & Performance Controller Location: Germany (remote) This role is central to financial performance management, delivering high-quality insights to support strategic and operational decision-making across a complex, multi-entity organisation. You will combine strong analytical expertise with a hands-on approach to drive transparency, standardisation and continuous improvement in reporting. Key Responsibilities: Own group-wide consolidation and standard reporting, providing accurate, decision-ready insights for senior leadership. Coordinate financial inputs across clinics, regions and central functions, ensuring data integrity and smooth collaboration. Support performance review cycles through analysis, variance investigation and identification of key performance drivers. Act as a primary contact for reporting-related queries, ensuring consistent and reliable information for internal stakeholders. Lead the development of reporting processes through standardisation, automation and close collaboration with data and analytics teams. Requirements: Hands-on, ownership-driven mindset with the confidence to challenge existing processes and drive change. Strong expertise in financial consolidation and group accounting within complex, multi-entity environments. Proven ability to turn complex financial data into clear, actionable management reporting. Support strategic planning, business cases, and investment decisions. Drive efficiency improvements and cost optimisation initiatives. Ensure compliance with internal controls and financial governance standards. Act as a trusted finance partner to operational and management teams. Profile: Proven experience in business or operational controlling, ideally within facility management or a comparable services environment. Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights. Confident stakeholder management and communication skills. Solid knowledge of financial systems, reporting tools, and controlling best practice. Fluent German.
