In this role you will work closely with the Head of Legal across a broad range of legal disciplines, acting as a strategic partner to the business in a dynamic, entrepreneurial environment. Key Responsibilities: Provide business-focused legal advice across contract and commercial law, civil law, data protection, corporate law, and IT law. Review and draft contracts, terms and conditions, and internal policies and templates. Conduct legal analyses and support business leaders in developing legal strategies. Review and maintain website legal content in line with regulatory requirements. Monitor relevant legal and regulatory developments and translate these into actionable guidance. Strong expertise in commercial and contract law, civil law, and data protection; corporate law and IT law experience is a plus. Solid knowledge of applicable statutes, rules, and regulations. Excellent communication and negotiation skills in both English and German. Strong commercial acumen and stakeholder management skills. Team Lead AML Location: Frankfurt am Main Our client is seeking an experienced AML leader to head up their Global Standards and Domestic Risk Management function. This is a senior compliance role combining strategic framework development with hands-on team leadership in a regulated financial services environment. Key Responsibilities: Developing and maintaining global frameworks for Anti-Money Laundering (AML) and Counter-Terrorism Financing (CTF). Monitoring and analysing regulatory developments across the AML/CTF landscape. Acting as a subject matter expert and advisor to internal stakeholders on AML/CTF matters. Key Responsibilities: End-to-end legal advice to internal divisions - including sales, purchasing, R&D and quality - on commercial law matters across Europe. Advising on general commercial and contract law issues, including cross-border aspects, with a business-oriented and risk-aware approach. Representing the company's legal position with contractual partners. Legal support for innovation projects and new business initiatives. Managing external law firms, including quality and cost oversight. Developing and maintaining contract templates, guidelines and standards.
