Key Responsibilities: End-to-end legal advice to internal divisions - including sales, purchasing, R&D and quality - on commercial law matters across Europe. Advising on general commercial and contract law issues, including cross-border aspects, with a business-oriented and risk-aware approach. Representing the company's legal position with contractual partners. Legal support for innovation projects and new business initiatives.
