Key Responsibilities: End-to-end legal advice to internal divisions - including sales, purchasing, R&D and quality - on commercial law matters across Europe. Advising on general commercial and contract law issues, including cross-border aspects, with a business-oriented and risk-aware approach. Representing the company's legal position with contractual partners. Legal support for innovation projects and new business initiatives. Managing external law firms, including quality and cost oversight. Developing and maintaining contract templates, guidelines and standards.
