The role offers broad exposure to contractual, regulatory, and compliance matters within an international business environment. Key Responsibilities: Independently advise on day-to-day business and project-related legal matters. Draft, review, and negotiate commercial agreements, particularly supplier and customer contracts. Provide legal support across areas such as IP, trade marks, product development, commercial law, data protection, regulatory compliance, and general corporate matters. Coordinate and oversee external legal counsel when required. Develop, implement, and maintain internal policies, procedures, and training programmes.
