About the Role
Legal Counsel
Location: Germany (remote)
Our client seeks a Legal Counsel to join a fast-growing international infrastructure and data centre company. This new remote role offers broad exposure, close collaboration with senior leadership, and the chance to shape the legal function during rapid expansion. You’ll advise on construction and project law, support cross-border developments, coordinate external counsel, and help build a strong legal culture in a dynamic, scaling business.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide legal support on construction, project, and infrastructure matters across multiple jurisdictions.
- Lead and coordinate external counsel on specialised legal topics.
- Draft, review, and negotiate a variety of project and commercial agreements.
- Advise the management team on legal risks and strategic considerations.
- Support project execution in countries such as Norway, Spain, and Italy.
- Contribute to internal legal structures, policies, and processes as the business grows.
- Collaborate closely with the Head of Legal and other corporate functions.
- Participate in cross-border projects within an internationally distributed team.
Your Profile:
- Qualified lawyer in Germany.
- 2–4 years’ experience, ideally with exposure to construction law, projects, infrastructure, or related fields.
- Experience coordinating external law firms or working in project-driven environments is beneficial.
- Ability to work independently, proactively, and with a solutions-oriented mindset.
- Strong communication skills and confidence engaging with senior stakeholders.
- Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, evolving business with significant autonomy.
- Fluent in German and English.
