About the Role

Legal Counsel
Location: Würzburg

Key Responsibilities:

  • Advise management and governance bodies on legal matters and deliver training to business units.
  • Assess legal, economic, and operational risks.
  • Develop practical legal solutions aligned with business goals.
  • Draft, review, and negotiate contracts and legal documents.
  • Lead or support complex legal and cross-functional projects nationally and internationally.
  • Manage and coordinate external legal advisors and notaries.
  • Monitor legal trends and recommend actionable measures.

Your Profile:

  • Qualified legal professional (First and Second State Examinations or equivalent).
  • Several years’ experience, ideally in an international industrial or technology environment.
  • Expertise in commercial and corporate law, including distribution, procurement, warranty, and product liability; knowledge of IT, data protection, IP, or compliance is a plus.
  • Analytical, structured, and solution-oriented with strong communication skills.
  • Proactive, strategic mindset and good business and technical understanding.
  • Interest in Legal Tech and AI tools.
  • Fluent in German and English.
