At least 4 years’ experience in a law firm or corporate legal department, ideally within an industrial or technical sector. Strong background in contract law; exposure to shipbuilding, construction, or manufacturing is a plus. Skilled in claims management, dispute resolution, and regulatory topics. Confident communicator and negotiator with strong cross-functional collaboration skills. Independent, structured, and solution-oriented working style.
