This role focuses on contract and commercial law, supporting business units across a range of complex projects and operations. Key Responsibilities: Advise business units on contract and commercial law matters. Draft, review, and negotiate a wide range of agreements (e.g. R&D, cooperation, services, leases, financing, NDAs, intra-group). Develop and standardise contract templates and legal processes. Handle legal issues relating to supplier insolvencies. Support projects from concept through to implementation.
