About the Role
Business Lawyer / Wirtschaftsjurist
The Opportunity
If you want ownership over corporate housekeeping across an entire group, not just one entity, this is worth a closer look.
You'll take the lead on governance support, resolution documentation and corporate structural measures for a group of companies, working directly with the Head of Legal rather than several layers removed from decision-making. You'll also have real scope to shape how the function works, including driving forward legal tech and AI tools rather than just adopting whatever's already in place.
The Role
You'll prepare and support shareholder and board meetings, including minute-taking, and manage KYC requests.
You'll draft and document resolutions, and keep corporate documentation and shareholding overviews accurate and up to date.
You'll manage corporate structural measures such as mergers and conversions, seeing them through to legal effectiveness.
You'll manage register and notarial processes, and help drive the digitalisation of corporate housekeeping, including legal tech and AI tools.
You'll work closely with Finance, auditors and notarial offices, as well as the Head of Legal.
The Company
Our client is a well-regarded international renewable energy business operating across multiple group entities. Corporate structure and governance are a genuine priority here, not an afterthought, which is why this role exists as a dedicated function working closely with senior legal leadership.
What You'll Need
- Several years' experience in corporate housekeeping, with sound knowledge of corporate law
- Confidence managing formal governance processes and working with notarial offices
- Corporate law expertise, including restructurings, mergers or shareholding management
