About the Role

Project Manager

If your SAP CO/FI expertise is currently used to keep the lights on rather than to change how a business runs, this is worth reading.

The Opportunity

This is a chance to lead the continuous improvement of budgeting, forecasting and reporting processes across an entire organisation, not just one entity. You will shape how a large, international business standardises and simplifies finance processes at scale, working directly with senior process leadership.

The Role

You will own the continuous improvement, standardisation and simplification of financial processes across entities. That includes reducing manual effort, strengthening data governance and ensuring compliance with financial policies and reporting standards.

You will dig into process gaps and inconsistencies, get to the root cause, and drive best-practice solutions rather than quick fixes. You will also push forward automation and digitalisation of reporting processes, working with digital teams to translate business needs into functional requirements for system and infrastructure changes.

Stakeholder alignment is a big part of this role. You will run discussions and presentations on new features and functionality, and lead projects that roll best practices out to shared service centres as part of wider integration work.

The Company

Our client is a large, internationally operating business running a global process excellence function focused on financial transparency and standardisation. You will be working within a structure that values consistency and governance across entities, with the scope to influence how finance processes work at a group level.

What You'll Need

  • High IT affinity, particularly SAP CO, SAP FI and S/4HANA
  • Substantial accounting experience, including IFRS knowledge

Firewall Engineer

Firewall Engineer The Opportunity Tired of firefighting on a firewall estate held together with legacy rules nobody dares touch? This role gives you the opposite: a modern, well-governed global firewall landscape, and the mandate to keep improving it. You'll join the network security team of an internationally operating technology group whose infrastructure underpins security-critical systems for major institutions worldwide. It's a stable, long-established business with a strong market position, now investing further in its global network security capability. The Role You'll take ownership of enterprise firewall environments spanning cloud, data centre and branch locations across multiple countries. Day to day, that means: Administering and operating the global firewall landscape Planning and executing rollouts, migrations and lifecycle activities Configuring firewall rules, NAT policies and routing changes Running regular rule set reviews and policy clean-ups Documenting changes and maintaining security documentation Troubleshooting network and security incidents alongside international stakeholders You'll be trusted to work independently on real infrastructure, not just tickets.
