You will support complex commercial activities and strategic initiatives, providing clear, pragmatic guidance in a highly regulated environment. Key Responsibilities: Advising on competition and antitrust matters across business activities. Reviewing and negotiating commercial agreements with horizontal and vertical aspects. Assessing market power, competitive behaviour and cooperation structures. Supporting interactions with competitors, associations and industry bodies. Several years’ experience in antitrust/competition law, in private practice and/or in-house. Proven expertise in investigations and compliance. Solid knowledge of related areas such as M&A or commercial law. Strong communication and negotiation skills in international environments. Fluent German and English.
