Senior Legal Counsel Location: Dusseldorf Our client is seeking a Senior Legal Counsel to provide legal and compliance support for their operations across the DACH region. This role involves advising on a variety of commercial and regulatory matters, working closely with business stakeholders, and ensuring compliance with applicable laws and policies. Key Responsibilities: Draft, review, and support negotiations of contracts, including industry-standard construction agreements and distribution/channel terms. Provide legal guidance on antitrust and competition regulations in distribution and channel partnerships. Develop and maintain contract templates and legal policies. Identify and mitigate legal risks by contributing to policies and procedures. Manage claims and litigation processes. Ensure compliance with relevant laws and internal policies. Requirements: Fully qualified lawyer authorised to practice in Germany (two state exams). Fluent in English and German (written and verbal).
