You will oversee tax planning, compliance, and reporting across multiple jurisdictions, providing expert guidance and managing relationships with tax authorities and external advisors. Your work will directly impact the efficiency and effectiveness of the company’s tax operations worldwide.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support and execute global tax strategies aimed at minimising liabilities and optimising efficiency.

  • Ensure compliance with tax regulations across diverse jurisdictions.

  • Manage tax audits and coordinate with tax authorities and external consultants internationally.

  • Advise finance and accounting teams on tax implications of transactions and structures.

  • Monitor changes in global tax laws and assess their business impact.

  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external advisors for accurate tax reporting.

  • Serve as liaison between tax departments and auditors.

Your Profile

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Accounting, or related field.

  • 8+ years’ experience in tax, ideally within financial services or international settings.

  • Strong expertise in international tax regulations and compliance.

  • Excellent analytical, organisational, and problem-solving skills.

  • Fluent in German and English, both written and spoken.

  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

  • Collaborative team player with an entrepreneurial mindset.
