Our client is seeking a Compliance Manager to join a dynamic compliance team supporting the development and execution of regulatory compliance strategies. This role plays a key part in fostering a strong compliance culture and ensuring alignment with evolving legal frameworks across the EU.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop, maintain, and update compliance policies, manuals, and procedures.
  • Monitor regulatory changes and assess their impact on the business.
  • Oversee compliance with prudential regulations and outsourcing policies.
  • Deliver training and raise awareness of compliance obligations across the organisation.
  • Prepare regular reports for executive and supervisory boards.
  • Continuously build compliance expertise through professional development.

Your Profile:

  • Degree in Law, Business Administration, Finance, or related field.
  • 3–5 years’ experience in compliance, risk management, audit, consultancy, or financial supervision.
  • Strong knowledge of German and EU regulations (e.g., MaComp, MaRisk, MiFID, MAR).
  • Advanced data analysis skills (pivot tables, databases, statistical methods).
  • Strategic thinker with strong analytical skills and resilience under pressure.
  • Fluent in German and English, both written and spoken.
