Key Responsibilities

  • Support and execute global tax strategies aimed at minimising liabilities and optimising efficiency.

  • Ensure compliance with tax regulations across diverse jurisdictions.

  • Manage tax audits and coordinate with tax authorities and external consultants internationally.

  • Advise finance and accounting teams on tax implications of transactions and structures.

  • Monitor changes in global tax laws and assess their business impact.

  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external advisors for accurate tax reporting.

  • Serve as liaison between tax departments and auditors.

Your Profile

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Accounting, or related field.

  • 8+ years’ experience in tax, ideally within financial services or international settings.

  • Strong expertise in international tax regulations and compliance.

  • Excellent analytical, organisational, and problem-solving skills.

  • Fluent in German and English, both written and spoken.

  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

  • Collaborative team player with an entrepreneurial mindset.
