They are looking for a senior specialist with strong experience in corporate security and ext fraud. Key Responsibilities: • Support the development of controls to reduce fraud and security risks. • Assist with incident and crisis response activities at a global level. • Provide guidance and training to relevant teams. • Carry out investigations and help local units manage related matters. • Share good practices and raise awareness across the organisation. • Track incidents and provide timely updates to key stakeholders. • Participate in crisis activities when required. • Help maintain internal frameworks and standards. This role involves risk assessment, control implementation, and ongoing monitoring across an international landscape. Key Responsibilities: Implement and maintain third-party risk management policies and strategies aligned with regulatory standards. Collaborate with international teams and address requirements from global supervisory authorities. Manage data quality and reporting to support regulatory compliance and decision-making. Contribute to the continuous improvement of global third-party risk processes and related IT tools. Ensure process compliance through regular controls and audits. Coordinate with cross-functional teams and global stakeholders to maintain smooth interfaces. Advise business partners on process implementation and best practices. Identify and recommend process optimisations based on feedback and analysis. Your Profile: Completed commercial, business administration, technical training, or equivalent degree. Strong process orientation with the ability to handle and analyse complex data sets. Proficient in office tools, especially Excel. Excellent communication skills, customer focus, and problem-solving ability. Experience in risk management, regulatory compliance, and oversight of service relationships. OpRisk Specialist Location: Frankfurt Our client is seeking a seasoned Operational Risk Specialist to enhance and uphold group-wide operational risk frameworks. In this role, you will interpret regulatory requirements, manage risk data, and play an active role in risk mitigation. Key Responsibilities: Define and maintain standards for operational risk management throughout the organisation. Translate and apply external regulatory guidelines within internal processes. Analyse risk-related data and collaborate with key stakeholders. Produce reports for executive management and other stakeholders. Take a proactive approach to identifying and managing operational risks to safeguard the organisation and its leadership. Your Profile: Proven experience in operational risk management within financial services or a similar environment. In-depth understanding of regulatory frameworks such as MaRisk and CRR, with hands-on implementation experience. Strong analytical mindset with excellent data-handling skills. Ability to work independently, prioritise effectively, and manage complex tasks. Experienced in engaging with senior management and regulatory bodies. Adept at communicating complex concepts clearly to non-technical audiences. Detail-oriented, highly organised, and committed to delivering quality outcomes.
