Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as the primary tax contact for international financing, M&A, and restructuring projects.

  • Develop tax-efficient structures for cross-border transactions and support tax ruling processes.

  • Lead tax optimisation initiatives, particularly in financing structures.

  • Monitor international tax law developments and coordinate external advisors.

  • Manage foreign tax audits and support domestic audit processes.

  • Advise on transfer pricing matters and support related documentation.

  • Contribute to the Tax Compliance Management System and deliver tax training.

  • Support reporting requirements and prepare management briefings.

  • Handle ongoing tax queries and review relevant documentation.

  • Develop and enhance internal tax processes and guidelines.

Your Profile:

  • Degree in law, economics, or a related discipline.

  • Several years of experience in an international corporate tax function or a large advisory firm.

  • Completed Tax Advisor qualification or equivalent (e.g. CPA, Wirtschaftsprüfer, or fully qualified lawyer with tax focus).

  • Strong expertise in German and international tax law.

  • Advanced MS Office skills, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.

  • Analytical, structured, and independent working style with high commitment.

  • Strong communication and teamwork skills.

  • Fluent English skills.
