Senior Manager – Labour Law & Labour Relations
Location: Frankfurt, Germany - Hybrid
A role that inspires you
Lead labour relations and employment law strategy for a dynamic international organisation. As Senior Manager Labour Law, you will act as the trusted expert on individual and collective labour matters, shaping policies, advising leadership, and ensuring compliance across the group.
What you’ll be doing
You will:

Advise on all employment law issues and ensure compliance across jurisdictions.

Develop and maintain group-wide labour law policies and standards.

Manage relationships with national and European works councils and lead negotiations on agreements, restructurings, and social plans.

Support legal aspects of transformation, restructuring, and M&A projects.

Shape and coordinate the organisation’s collective bargaining strategy in Germany.

Guide and support local HR teams on labour and collective bargaining matters.

Monitor legal and industrial relations developments and recommend strategic actions.

Oversee external legal counsel and foster collaborative relations with employee representatives.
What you bring
You are a strategic and experienced labour law professional:

Fully qualified lawyer with a focus on labour law and 10+ years of relevant experience, ideally in an international industrial environment.

Strong knowledge of German labour law and collective bargaining structures.

Proven experience with co-determination bodies and complex restructuring projects.

Strategic thinker with excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.

Fluent in German and English.
