What you’ll be doing

You will:

  • Lead and scale the finance function across FP&A, accounting, reporting, cash management, and compliance (HGB/IFRS).

  • Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting to support strategic decision-making.

  • Manage M&A activities and coordinate with external advisors, including auditors and tax consultants.

  • Shape and execute growth and internationalisation strategies alongside the CEO and leadership team.

  • Build and lead high-performing teams across finance, IT, HR, and controlling.

  • Implement robust processes and systems to support global operations.

What you bring

You are a strategic and operational finance leader with a proven track record:

  • Degree in Finance, Economics, or a related field (Bachelor’s, Master’s, or PhD).

  • 8+ years in consulting, investment banking, private equity, or similar fast-paced environments.

  • 3+ years as CFO or senior finance leader in a growth-stage or international company.

  • Strong analytical skills, hands-on mindset, and attention to detail.

  • Proven leadership, team-building, and stakeholder management experience.
