Strong knowledge of German labour law; familiarity with Austrian and Swiss regulations is advantageous. Experience in employee representation, works councils, and collective bargaining. Proven experience in restructuring or transformation projects. Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills. Independent, solution-oriented, and structured working style.
