You'll be building the financial and operational transparency layer for a growing logistics network from the ground up, defining how performance is measured, where costs actually sit, and what the data should be telling the business before decisions get made, not after. The Role Improve performance and value drivers across the end-to-end logistics process, from goods receipt through to transportation. Define and standardise logistics KPIs, measurement points and calculation methodologies. Allocate process costs to operational drivers, identifying savings and quantifying the financial impact of improvements. Partner directly with Logistics, Operations and Controlling to turn operational developments into financial insight. Build and maintain a centralised logistics performance and cost database. Develop scalable BI-based reporting solutions, ideally using Microsoft Power BI. Drive transparency around material flows, productivity, cost efficiency and operational performance. Establish standardised reporting structures for benchmarking across locations. Support budgeting, forecasting and ongoing performance analysis. Give management the insight they need to make faster, better-informed cost decisions. What You'll Need A degree in Finance, Controlling, Business Administration, Logistics or Supply Chain Management. Several years' experience in Controlling, ideally within Logistics, Supply Chain or Operations. Strong understanding of cost structures, KPI development and profitability analysis. Experience translating operational processes into financial and performance drivers. Strong analytical skills, comfortable working with large, complex data sets. Hands-on experience with BI and reporting tools. Confident communicator, able to partner across Finance, Logistics and Operations. Work directly with stakeholders across the business, becoming a trusted point of contact rather than a back-office function. Review and redesign processes end to end, with real influence over how the accounting function evolves. Transfer Pricing Expert  The Opportunity If you're currently writing transfer pricing documentation for other people's decisions, this role hands you the decisions. You will take ownership of a group-wide transfer pricing framework, advising the business directly on restructurings, new business models and M&A, and representing the organisation in tax audits and APA/MAP procedures. The Role Own and develop the group-wide transfer pricing system Prepare, maintain and review transfer pricing documentation (Master File, Local Files) in line with OECD Guidelines Analyse, structure and optimise intercompany transactions Act as independent advisor to the business on transfer pricing matters, including restructurings, new business models and M&A Design and improve internal transfer pricing processes, tools and policies Support and coordinate tax audits and MAP/APA procedures Handle tax law matters, including preparing tax opinions Contribute directly to board decision papers The Company You'll join an internationally operating organisation that gives its transfer pricing function real influence, with a direct line into board-level decisions rather than a purely supporting role.
