About the Role

Transfer Pricing Expert

The Opportunity

If you're currently writing transfer pricing documentation for other people's decisions, this role hands you the decisions. You will take ownership of a group-wide transfer pricing framework, advising the business directly on restructurings, new business models and M&A, and representing the organisation in tax audits and APA/MAP procedures.

The Role

  • Own and develop the group-wide transfer pricing system
  • Prepare, maintain and review transfer pricing documentation (Master File, Local Files) in line with OECD Guidelines
  • Analyse, structure and optimise intercompany transactions
  • Act as independent advisor to the business on transfer pricing matters, including restructurings, new business models and M&A
  • Design and improve internal transfer pricing processes, tools and policies
  • Support and coordinate tax audits and MAP/APA procedures
  • Handle tax law matters, including preparing tax opinions
  • Contribute directly to board decision papers

The Company

You'll join an internationally operating organisation that gives its transfer pricing function real influence, with a direct line into board-level decisions rather than a purely supporting role.

What You'll Need

  • At least five years' experience in transfer pricing, gained in tax advisory, consulting or a corporate tax department
  • Experience preparing transfer pricing documentation and benchmarking analyses
  • Practical knowledge of SAP S/4HANA or a comparable ERP system
  • Fluent German and English

Director of Group Accounting

Director of Group Accounting You've built consolidated reporting before. Now you get the mandate to reinvent it. The Opportunity This is a newly elevated Director role at the heart of a group finance function that's ready to modernise. You'll report directly into senior group finance leadership, with a clear brief: bring structure, automation and AI into how this international group does accounting. It's a strategic mandate, not a technical fix-it job, and you'll have the seniority to make it happen. This kind of remit doesn't come up often: full ownership of group accounting standards, direct access to senior leadership, and real authority to modernise. If you're currently doing similar work without the mandate to change it, that's the gap this role closes. The Role Own the group's consolidated financial statements, ensuring accuracy and IFRS compliance across all entities. Lead the Center of Excellence Accounting team and set the direction for accounting practices group-wide. Act as the main point of contact for auditors and regulators. Be the internal reference point for Controlling, Treasury and Tax on accounting matters. Harmonise accounting processes across group companies and own the group-wide chart of accounts. Drive automation and digital tools to cut manual work within the team. You'll be shaping how an international group works, not just maintaining what's already there. The Company Our client is an international corporate group with operations spanning multiple countries. The group finance function is going through a period of change, and this role sits right at the centre of it: harmonising processes, modernising systems and bringing more consistency to how entities report. The group is large enough to need this level of standardisation, and at a stage where processes haven't fully caught up with its size. That's exactly why the mandate exists, and why whoever takes it on will have real influence over how the function evolves. What You'll Need At least 5 years' accounting experience within an international corporation or an audit firm. Several years' leadership experience in a comparable role. In-depth knowledge of international financial reporting under IFRS. Good working knowledge of modern ERP or finance systems. Fluent German and English, written and spoken. How to Apply Interested?
