About the Role

FP&A & Performance Controller
Location: Germany (remote)

This role is central to financial performance management, delivering high-quality insights to support strategic and operational decision-making across a complex, multi-entity organisation. You will combine strong analytical expertise with a hands-on approach to drive transparency, standardisation and continuous improvement in reporting.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Own group-wide consolidation and standard reporting, providing accurate, decision-ready insights for senior leadership.
  • Coordinate financial inputs across clinics, regions and central functions, ensuring data integrity and smooth collaboration.
  • Support performance review cycles through analysis, variance investigation and identification of key performance drivers.
  • Act as a primary contact for reporting-related queries, ensuring consistent and reliable information for internal stakeholders.
  • Lead the development of reporting processes through standardisation, automation and close collaboration with data and analytics teams.

Requirements:

  • Hands-on, ownership-driven mindset with the confidence to challenge existing processes and drive change.
  • Strong expertise in financial consolidation and group accounting within complex, multi-entity environments.
  • Proven ability to turn complex financial data into clear, actionable management reporting.
  • Structured, proactive approach with a strong focus on process optimisation and automation.
  • Experience managing diverse stakeholder groups and building effective working relationships.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills in English and German; additional languages are a plus.
  • Advanced MS Excel skills, strong MS Office proficiency and solid SAP experience.
  • Familiarity with BI tools and basic programming (e.g. Power BI, Tableau, Python) is an advantage.
  • University degree in Finance, Controlling, Business Administration, Economics, (Business) Informatics or a comparable field.
