Group Accounting Manager
Location: Frankfurt, Germany - Hybrid

Take the lead in shaping IFRS reporting and global accounting processes for a dynamic, international organisation. In this role, you’ll be the go-to expert for IFRS standards, influence key financial decisions, and help drive efficiency and consistency across multiple subsidiaries. What you’ll be doing

You will:

Serve as the IFRS subject matter expert, ensuring compliance and consistent reporting standards across the group.
Prepare IFRS consolidated financial statements and manage timely reporting to the parent company.
Support international subsidiaries on complex IFRS issues, providing clear and actionable solutions.
Liaise with external auditors and coordinate audit activities.
Drive strategic initiatives to enhance accounting processes and implement best practices.

What you bring

You are an experienced accounting professional with strong IFRS expertise:

Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; specialisation in international accounting or auditing preferred.
5+ years of experience in a leading audit firm or multinational group accounting role.
Strong technical knowledge of IFRS and financial reporting processes.
Fluent in English; additional languages are an advantage.
Analytical, proactive, and able to work independently.
Proficient in MS Office; SAP consolidation experience is a plus.
