Legal Counsel - Corporate Law
Location: Bremen

An international engineering and manufacturing group is seeking a Legal Counsel to support its legal department. The role focuses on corporate, contract, and commercial law, advising business units and contributing to complex, cross-border projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide corporate law support for domestic and international entities.
  • Advise on governance, decision-making processes, and committee matters.
  • Draft, review, and negotiate corporate agreements and project documentation.
  • Support strategic initiatives, restructurings, and company formations.
  • Prepare legal analyses and recommendations for senior management.
  • Monitor legal developments and translate them into practical guidance.
  • Coordinate with external counsel, notaries, and authorities.
  • Collaborate closely with internal legal teams to deliver efficient legal support.

Requirements:

  • Fully qualified lawyer.
  • Several years’ experience in a law firm or in-house legal role.
  • Strong expertise in corporate and commercial law
  • Experience with complex transactions/projects preferred.
  • Clear, structured communicator with strong stakeholder management skills.
  • Independent, solution-oriented working style.
  • Fluent in German and English.
