Key Responsibilities

  • Support monthly and annual financial statements, forecasting, and business planning activities.

  • Enhance reporting processes and deliver actionable, data-driven financial insights.

  • Monitor cost and revenue trends and recommend measures for improvement.

  • Contribute to investment evaluations and participate in regional and cross-border finance projects.

Your Profile

  • Degree in Business Administration or related field, with a solid understanding of healthcare systems, hospital financing, and regulatory frameworks.

  • Proven experience in hospital controlling and accounting.

  • Strong communication, analytical, and organisational skills.

  • Proficient in MS Office and SAP.

  • Fluent in German and English.
