Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and develop a high-performing Controlling & Risk Management team, fostering accountability and continuous improvement.

  • Design and evolve the operating model balancing business partnering, service delivery, and governance.

  • Translate strategic goals into financial targets and KPIs across regions.

  • Manage fixed cost control and establish relevant policies.

  • Oversee enterprise risk management and internal control frameworks in line with corporate and audit standards.

  • Collaborate with IT to enhance financial BI solutions.

  • Drive margin management for sales and customer services.

  • Manage product costing, pricing, and provide P&L support.

  • Oversee inventory control and long-term cash flow planning.

  • Align finance and controlling practices internationally, partnering with local leaders and executives.

Your Profile

  • 8+ years’ experience in controlling and risk management, ideally in automotive or related industries.

  • Proven track record in strategic and operational controlling, including business case analysis.

  • Experienced leader of international, cross-functional teams.

  • Collaborative mindset with strong stakeholder alignment skills.

  • Analytical, strategic thinker with a hands-on approach.

  • Thrives in fast-paced, evolving environments.

  • Fluent in German and English with clear, decisive communication.

  • Master’s degree or equivalent in Finance, Controlling, or related discipline.

Manager – Labour Law DACH Location: Frankfurt A role that inspires you Step into a pivotal role in shaping labour law strategy across the DACH region.
